As our pieces are handcrafted, please allow 4-6 weeks for creation before shipping.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, made-to-order pieces, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a repair or replacement at our expense.
